When I call in I get very good support, they walk me through things on the computer if needed.My only complaint is Cruise Control. The bookings are so easy to put in Carnival or Apple, but Cruise Control is confusing. Putting in just air or car rentals are the hardest and very time consuming. I'm sure once I do it more frequently it may get easier.
