I am a new agent in the business. I was overwhelmed at my choices of host agencies when trying to find the right one for me. I interviewed many companies and read all the reviews. I knew I wanted to have a smaller more boutique size host agency. I did not want to be a number at a company. Support for me was a number one priority in my search and educational opportunities. I am happy to report that I found both at GTN.

I signed up in March of 2015 for their Travel MBA educational program. It teaches you not only the ins and outs of setting up your own business but, it also teaches you the best practices for being a travel consultant. It covers A to Z. There are monthly mentoring calls with Meredith Hill that are most helpful and rewarding. You are also assigned a mentor with monthly coaching calls. Lisa Fletcher is always there for you and very knowledgeable as well. She is an active agent herself so, she is in the field daily.

The staff could not be more friendly. They respond quickly and always with positive energy. It is important I think to surround yourself with knowledgeable and also positive people. You will receive both with GTN as a host agency and also the Travel MBA program.

I am thrilled that I chose GTN as my host agency. I am also very pleased with the Travel MBA program. They offer many other educational opportunities as I grow my business. I would suggest anyone to join our team. There is definitely a sense of team/family with the other agents within the company. There are social media forums that you can join to have additional support from fellow agents. I definitely hit the jackpot when I chose GTN for my host agency. I have more than enough support and educational opportunities.
