I have found this host agency to be excellent to work with. They provide good support and foster a family feeling with their agents. They stand behind you when you need questions answered with DSM's (I am primarily a cruise specialist), and provide information on other agents and their specialties so that I can call upon them when I need assistance with business or first class air. The commissions we get are the highest out there because of the volume of business done by ICT's agents. I can highly recommend them.
