They are a growing host agency. The owners are very experienced and that is wonderful for the expertise but not helpful when they forget what it was like to be new. Sometimes information is assumed that we know but in reality it's the opposite. They are responsive to questions. Training is still being developed and processes are, at times, convoluted. They are working hard to make it better but when you are new, you don't know what you don't know.Does this review helpful?
