I hesitated to give the agency a 10/10 in all categories lest it appear "suspicious." Wouldn't that rating infer perfection, which is a highly admirable, but likely unattainable achievement in business? But there was simply no category in which they have let me down or fallen short in attempting to resolve any issue or fix any problem. The owners, Randy & Ken, Ops Mgr Gina and the entire staff have always made me & my subs feel that we were valued clients, not difficult associates needing help with yet another problem:) I am proud to be associated with The Travel Society...they are ethical, dependable, helpful, patient, friendly and fun!
