Bonnie, the owner extraordinaire of Travel Quest, leads with friendly passion. She and her enthusiastic and helpful Minneapolis staff attract ICs who are also friendly, professional and enthusiastic, making working with the group wonderful. Travel Quest is a member of Travel Leaders, which means they offer the Leaders Edge website linking to their Agent Profiler. Both of these are highly search engine optimized, so my website shows up much higher in Google than my old Signature website did - awesome! Since I specialize in adventure travel, I am also benefiting from Travel Leaders’ Active & Adventure Travel Specialists Training Program, which is affiliated with ATTA. This is one of four specialist training programs they offer, along with a host of other training opportunities. My favorite training opportunity actually is Travel Quest’s own mentoring program. Bonnie and her staff not only welcome phone calls and questions, but ICs can schedule 30 minutes to chat on their choice of subject, whether needing help with marketing or how to handle a particular situation, etc...and this mentoring is free! One downside I will mention is that the Travel Leaders Annual International Conference is only free to the first 20 people from a particular agency, which means that many of Travel Quest’s ICs could end up paying $200 to attend the conference, not counting air, hotel & incidentals. Having come from a different host with Signature, whose annual conference is free to all who want to attend, this was an unwelcome cost. Overall, though, I am quite happy I made the switch.
