KHM Travel Group Grows Team to Enhance Education Programs

Host travel agency names experienced travel advisor Carolyn Orf Education Manager

Brunswick, Ohio (February 15, 2022) – Travel advisor education has been a core component for KHM Travel Group for each of its 16 years and now the host agency has taken steps to further enhance its engagement programs for advisors of all experience levels – from those brand-new to the business to the most experienced agents.

The most impactful change is the appointment of Carolyn Orf to Education Manager. In this new role, Carolyn will lead the content development for the host agency’s comprehensive online Learning Management System, along with material for the company’s Boot Camp events. In addition, Carolyn will continue hosting KHM Today – KHM Travel Group’s live talk show every Wednesday at 3pm EST.

“KHM Travel Group’s focus and investment in educating travel advisors has always been one of the most important things that we do. With the addition of Carolyn as our Education Manager, our travel advisors now have even more expertise to pull from as they look to grow their businesses,” said President and CEO Rick Zimmerman. “We believe that every travel advisor can benefit from our industry-leading support and our online and in-person education programs. We are excited that Carolyn is in place to help our travel advisors achieve their goals.”

When Carolyn joined the KHM Travel Group team in March 2020, she brought with her 15 years of experience operating her own travel agency. Along with her background in travel, Carolyn has a solid foundation in the education field, earning her Master of Education degree from Colorado State University.
