GTN's management/ownership that is accessible, open, forward thinking and forward moving. They are engaged in our success. Here are other features which are invaluable to me:- unparalleled support that is easy to reach, responsive and knowledgeable;
- a Magellan Award-winning education program;
- ongoing education and mentorship, not just in the nuts and bolts of being an advisor, but in how to run your business (sales, marketing/branding, planning, budgeting, setting goals, scaling), but also personal development, mindset, social media, business systems. I'm sure I'm forgetting something;
- a flexible commission structure;
- mentors available daily to assist with advising with client or vendor issues;
- membership in elite hotel programs that provide benefits for my clients that they would not otherwise receive;
- membership in a luxury consortium (Virtuoso)
- recognition of top performing agents and agencies;
- opportunities for fam trips thanks to their close relationships with preferred vendor partners;
- focus on unifying the network: bringing us together several times per year encourages cameraderie, connectedness. We have a social media platform where agents commiserate, ask for advice, feedback and suggestions - a robust community of agents helping other agents in the network. New, less experienced agents are welcome here (and encouraged!) without judgment so that we can share information. This is priceless!
