Experience as a newbie over the last 2 years: satisfied, but not thrilled! As a new agent with no idea what I needed: KHM provided a comforable family, plenty of training and a fair commission split. Lots of FAMS to take advantage of, timely commission pays, active forum and friendly agents. Back office website is average and their Travsearch booking engine is easy and accurate most of the time...no complaints. Fast forward two years, as a more experienced agent; I am looking for more, something is lacking...not sure what. Things like programs that never materialize, lack of presence at trade shows, home office sales volume vs. # of agents and overall cost of program are not thrilling me. I appreciate what I had as a new agent, but am out-growing KHM offerings...but it is difficult to leave as they have a 1 year contract that renews every year and you cannot take bookings with you. This presents some problems and serious forward planning.Does this review helpful?
