I have spoken to the owner, Chad, on many occasions. He has been available to bounce ideas off of by both email and phone. He will tell you why an idea is good or not so good and offer his suggestions. Great back office support. They always answer your questions. Dan the man has been great at helping develop my group travel. A GREAT host and support team. I never feel alone.
