Outside Agents has great support, training and leadership. I decided to get into this business just over a year ago and started with a small, local 3-person host agency. I needed more training than what they could give me so I did my research and found Outside Agents. Their website has a forum where I can learn from other agents, they have vendor trainings, and they have on-demand training videos on all kinds of topics.
