I came to this agency from one that was very discouraging and unhelpful to me as a new agent. When I moved over to Outside agents, I was amazed at what they had to offer. Excellent training, excellent support, and I think most impressive is the support from other agents in the field. We are not competitors - and they make that obvious by the assistance they provide via answers to questions, praise for jobs well done, and continuous encouragement. This awesomeness trickles down from the very top of the company all the way down to fellow agents.
