Overall TPI has solid tools and good support. They host a lot of networking events with supplier partners, and they offer a decent amount of opportunities for additional education. It would be nice if you didn't always have to travel to florida to attend conferences - they could post much of that data on line. They can also improve a bit on the technology integration between their booking, billing and CRM functionality. Often data has to be entered multiple locations. I am sure over time they will tighten up on the technology and I am overall pleased with the value we get.
