After extensive research I joined Cruise Planners about 4 years ago. I have a business background and have traveled extensively but I do not have experience in the travel industry. I chose Cruise Planners as I felt they had the most to offer someone with my skills and they truly seemed to care about their franchisees.I have been very happy with my decision. Cruise Planners has provided extensive training, as well as made great investments to continuously improve their tools, systems and operational support. My fellow agents are also always willing to help. Their is a lot of camaraderie in this organization. While I may be alone in my home office, I have never felt alone in my business.
