KHM is more than just a host agency, they are like family. They are genuinely good people that care about their agents and their families. They provide the best in-house training as well as multiple levels of training to meet the needs of all agents and are always available to help. The education team ant KHM is amazing. They educate and provide resources for all aspects of your travel business. I love the ease of finding suppliers and booking trips. KHM provides a CRM that manages all your clients, trips, bookings, marketing emails, commission and more. This is where you can set goals and view your progress as well. I have always been paid in a timely matter and they are helpful if there is ever a discrepancy in the amount received. They start everyone out at a very high commission rate and you can earn more very quickly. They truly want their agents to succeed.I always feel connected with KHM and other agents. They stay in touch with the agents and provide multiple weekly live updates. One of the most important things for me is no matter your amount of sales, they treat everyone as a valued member of the KHM group. They also have Fam trips to educate us and discounts on professional organization memberships. The relationships they have built with the suppliers is so helpful and we benefit from that. As a brand new to the industry agent, they were the best choice I could have made. I gained a new family when I joined KHM as my host agency. They are a true blessing to me and other agents.
