I have been with OA approximately 3 years. They are easy to work with. They pay their commissions on time which is a huge plus! They have a good training and mentoring available for those that want it. They are generally responsive to emails and phone calls. The Forum and other agents are supportive and very helpful!! Since Dan came on as the Groups Guru, I think that piece has really improved with great communication and training. The one negative is that its sometimes hard to work with local BDM's. Though I think that is actually a fault of the how the industry hasn't adapted to Host Agencies & Home Based Agents. Just like anything, you get out what you put into it.
