Before joining OA I had tried two other agencies. There was no support or additional training and you were left to figure out things on your own and if you did ask for help it was like you were bothersome. OA provides a numerous amount of trainings, very responsive and yes they pay on time. Another thing that I enjoy about OA is the number of experienced agents that make you feel right at home from day one and the technology that OA has to keep in touch with everyone. This is an agency that I see myself building my business with for a long time to come!Does this review helpful?
