Superior support from Owners Chad Burt, Steve Muraca and the entire team. Over 500 hours of on-demand video training, extremely generous commission structure and a phenomenal team of agents across the country who are always a blog-post away with great answers to difficult questions.I started in home-based travel a couple of years ago as a second career, and did my fair share of due-diligence before selecting OA as my host.
They are accessible at all levels, extremely responsive, and provide all the tools I needed to become proficient and profitable in this vertical.
My commissions have already been increased based on my sales volume, and everything I need is neatly collated on their web-site. I am thrilled with my Agent Studio web site, and bundled in with E&O insurance these are a significant value to me - I don't sell from my web site, but I DO SELL as a result of it. My clients know my background in IT, and a professional, polished web presence with fresh daily content is a necessity in the segments I market to.
I honestly can't think of a thing I have needed these past two years (other than another hundred hours a week to sell more!) that OA doesn't offer. And meeting with them at the 2014 Vacation.Com seminar clinched it - they are a family of dedicated and brilliant individuals who want to work with others similarly motivated - period.
