So far, so good! I'm brand new to the travel industry so don't have much to compare Outside Agents to, however they have been great to work with so far. There is plenty of training - thousands of hours worth - so you can learn about getting started and all of their partners at your own pace. Chad and Steve have been responsive and helpful any time that I've had questions and the agent forum has been invaluable. There are many experienced agents willing to offer advice and suggestions for a newbie like me. The fees are very low and the more you book, the better your commissions, which are good to begin with.
