Being new to the travel industry, I found Outside Agents as a potential host agency. Being attracted to their no-fee structure, 80-90% commission split, and included benefits as an independent agent, I decided to join.Outside Agents has a wealth of training and resources available. The training is great to help you understand how to run a travel business on a basic level. No real travel education for those that are completely new travel agents is provided.
Support is available for you by email or telephone as you need it. They don't reach out to their agents personally but are available if you need them. They also have a "social network" of other independent contractors with forums and a chat module you can use for assistance.
