I knew that “interviewing” for both myself and the host agency was essential in my business launch. After setting up a spreadsheet, Uniglobe ticked many boxes for me and ended up being my first interview. Immediately I felt at home and one with the agency. Instead of diving head first, they encouraged me to look into several others so I knew it was the correct fit. So I did, and I knew after each one, they weren’t Uniglobe. I then signed on and completed their Mentor U program in July of 2022. The mentors did such an amazing job teaching me the ins and outs while also assisting with my first bookings. I often heard others from UTC saying, “You don’t know what you don’t know” and I love that. No one “secret keeps,” and the wealth of knowledge that is shared is such a breath of fresh air. I know I can ask what I need to ask, and someone is there to help or encourage me. Thank you all for the hard work you’ve done in making UTC the best of the best!Does this review helpful?
