Review

Uniglobe is my current and only host agency since I entered the travel industry. It has a great program to select and train new travel advisors - with online training with staff experts, followed by rigorous mentoring. I got all the help and support I needed to get my home-based business launched.
During the years I have been in business (even the Covid years when I hardly had any earnings), I felt comfortable in the knowledge that there is a Uniglobe staff on call should I need any help. In addition, we have a members-only Facebook page which is a lively forum for questions, opinions, more guidance, including legal expertise, from both the seasoned members, as well as "newbies" with eye-opening questions and fresh insights.
The staff, including our beloved leader, is always ready to provide support, assistance, administrative help, and encouragement and inspiration that kept me going during the rough times. We are provided with a client management system with wonderful support, accounting reports, and end-of-year summaries. It's easy to track how well we're doing (or not).
Now that I'm in a pretty good commission split, I understand the fairness of the whole commission structure. We get a bigger percentage when we produce more -- this makes sense and is fair. It's tough when you're starting, but it's great motivation to work harder.
Being a member of Virtuoso is a huge plus for being with Uniglobe. It gives great credibility, assistance and exposure for my business, not to mention the amount of training available to us.
I don't know how any other host agency can be any better than this tight-knit family of wonderful travel advisors.
