I just passed my three year anniversary with CruiseOne and I have not regretted my decision once.The staff at HQ are the best. Starts with training and then tons of support after which includes a constantly updated online training program. The marketing department is always coming up with new ideas to showcase our exclusive offers. Our PR department produces great ways to get exposure for our business.
Management at World Travel Holdings is very hands on and listen to the network about what will work to make everyone's business grow. They are respected by and have great relationships with industry suppliers. Also, they continue to invest in technology that enhances our productivity.
The network of fellow franchisees is incredible as there is always someone who will offer advice or guidance. You will see family mentioned by other owners and that is truly what it is like.
