I have now been with Dugan's Travels for over 5 years and have always been pleased with the professionalism and expertise that Dugan's provides for their agents. One of my biggest compliments goes to the communication between management and the agents. When I have had a problem or question the response is almost immediate. And not only with just an answer but with full instructions on how to solve the problem. Great host and highly recommended by me.
