I have been with Dugans for a little over a year. The training and support is GREAT! Even during the very difficult times of Covid, there us plenty of support, training, learning and preparation for the return to "normal." The new agent program really set up new agents to succeed, whether they're 100% new to the industry or just new to Dugans. If I were to start over, I'd still go with Dugans.
