ICT execs are very easy to reach by both email and phone, and respond very quickly.Their agent portal seems clunky compared to youtube videos I've seen of other hosts (mostly from Outside Agents). It was difficult for me to navigate and I'm fairly computer literate. They do offer to schedule a personal walk through call/meeting for new agents.
The list of suppliers and passwords is confusing, and strangely formatted (some required info runs off screen with no way to scroll sideways).
This has been my only host, so I can't compare them to anyone else, but it was very difficult to get started. It took me three months to figure out how I was going to perform basic operations.
That being said, their low signup cost was a huge draw for me. It's reassuring that I'm not hemorrhaging money as I get started.
While they offer a pdf of "Steps to Properly Processing a Reservation", they could do a better job of providing step-by-step start up, and booking instructions.
