I have been in business for 30 years and 22 of those years have been with ICT. The are wonderful to work with. They offer outstanding opportunities to learn, even after 30 years. They have online webinars constantly, they have a place for agents to post reviews of their travels with regards to ships, resorts and more. This is extremely helpful if someone has not "been there, done that." We have conventions every two years with dozens of vendors represented. We have opportunity for group seminars or one on one with a vendor rep. ICT's commission structure is excellent and the owners are professional, personable, kind, considerate and understanding. I love them like family. I would never even consider changing my host agency.Does this review helpful?
