I have been an affiliate of Nexion, LLC for the past four and a half years, and I can't be happier with the customer service, the back office, the contracts, or the people who are behind the scenes.I've been a corporate agent for 23 years, and decided to go out on my own almost five years ago. I read some wonderful reviews about Nexion, so I decided to take the plunge and give them a try. Boy, was that one of the best decisions I ever made!!
Not only have they allowed me all the tools I need to run my own agency, including a GDS, back office reporting, corporate reporting with GRASP, bonus contracts for airline tickets, buying power being affiliated with Vacation.com and Travel Leaders Group (Soon to be under the Travel Leaders Network brand come Jan. 1, 2017), but the support of the people themselves are amazing!!
They have a yearly conference where you can attend to learn different parts of being an owner of an agency, teaching you skills for marketing, back office accounting, meeting face to face with vendors and presidents and owners of companies that you are selling, and the staff make you feel like you are part of the family.
Of course this is a business, and you need to abide by the rules and guidelines that the travel industry has for being a travel agent, but I can't be any happier with my decision to work with Nexion. I have built my business into a strong brand and am continually expanding it to be bigger and better year after year, and could not have done it or been where I am today with the assistance of Nexion and the great people behind the scenes!!
If you are on the fence about using a host agency, I STRONGLY urge you to consider using Nexion, LLC. You won't be disappointed!!
