I have been in the business for a little over four years; have been with Outside Agents for 1.5 years. The tools that are given to the agents for their own agency growth are outstanding -- marketing, mentoring, technology, discussions/forums and numerous resources. I can contact anyone within the organization for anything and receive answers back almost immediately. The commission structure is one that allows growth. I started at 80% and within 1.5 years, I'm at 90% and they pay twice a month and on time! I highly recommend Outside Agents to any agent that is looking for a host.
