There are many choices out there for host agencies. After interviewing several agencies, I chose Travel Quest Network (TQN) because of their flexibility and generous commission structure. Help is there when you need it. via chat, email, or phone. Staff at TQN are immensely helpful and friendly. Initial start-up costs and monthly fees are competitive. TQN member travel advisors are supportive and offer great advice for beginners and pros alike via the TQN private Facebook group. TQN is best for self-starters that have a good sense of how to own and operate an independent business. TQN has many resources to help you learn and grow your business but a person that has no travel industry related experience may find it confusing as to where to start. How-to videos will give you a great start (in fact you must complete a starter course before booking tools are activated). They also have an entertaining weekly vlog answering member questions, discussing TQN upcoming enhancements, and travel industry news. All the information can be inundating. Be patient and ask for help from fellow advisors or TQN staff. Improvements and enhancements are carried out periodically. A new CRM (Customer Relationship Management) has been rolled out and has some glitches but if reported, they are fixed quickly. The main issue I have is their commission management tool is quirky and that\'s where most of my questions have stemmed. They partner with Travel Leaders Network which opens so much training and support, it\'s overwhelming. The portfolio of suppliers, many of them strategic travel partners, is impressive. TQN as a host agency is excellent value for the benefit received. Overall, I am pleased with TQN and will continue to utilize them as my host agency for years to come.Back to WorldVia Travel Network Profile
