The Cruiseman accepts beginners but prefers experienced cruisers to join their outside agent program. Independent contractor have access to webinars, training events, and FAM trainings. They also receive regular marketing emails (for sales and promo updates), a free travel voucher (two-night Bahamas Cruise) for two adults. There is no sign-up fee to join the program. There is an annual support fee of $100 which covers support services, and Errors & Omissions insurance. Agents receive 50%-70% of the commissions paid to the host agency by industry vendors.
