Highly recommend for new or experienced agents. The communication is phenomenal. The response time is amazing and beyond expectations. There’s training offered routinely and each session has open Q&As. Commissions are paid regularly and are straight forward. All for a very reasonable annual fee. I would absolutely sign up with ICT again. It’s a family business and they care about the operations of it.
