The newly launched Mastermind 212ᵒ is an optional, invitation-only program offering individualized coaching exclusive to Independent Agencies with at least $500,000 in gross annual sales and the capacity to reach over $1 million in sales.

The concept behind Mastermind 212ᵒ derives from the 1ᵒ difference between hot water at 211ᵒ and the power of boiling water at 212ᵒ.
