I'm very glad I chose Montrose Travel as my host agency. I spent a lot of time comparing companies, and in the end, Montrose's size and training resources, along with good commission splits, sealed the deal. This is only a fun side business for me now, and likely the next five years, but after that I hope to scale back on my full-time job ( attorney) and ramp up my agency work. Montrose provides support for both big and small agencies under their wing. For me, it's a perfect match.
