I have been in the cruise industry for over 35 years...and I joined Mtravel hosting services right after they went into business. The wonderful thing about them is that you are in business FOR yourself, but not BY yourself. I have my own clients through my agency, but whenever I need any help, Mtravel is always there. Especially when I travel...if any of my clients have any questions when I am away from the office, Mtravel steps in to take care of them! Plus, it's so nice to not have to deal with all of the paperwork that setting up your own travel agency entails. I am in California, so the California Seller of Travel paperwork is absolutely necessary. Mtravel handled all of that for me. Plus, you get E & O insurance, a must for any agency, especially a new one. Their training is unparalleled, with webinars and conferences throughout the year...it's really the perfect host agency for brand new agents...but also for experienced ones as well. The training is there if you need it. The biggest thing is having the power of a huge agency behind you when dealing with problems with travel companies...Mtravel is SO respected in the industry that sales reps and cruise lines are eager to make things right for you should you need extra support. Plus, they are a member of Virtuoso, one of the best consortiums in the industry. I can't say enough about Mtravel, and HIGHLY recommend joining them if you are searching for a host agency.
