I find the commission level to be the highest paid in the industry to both the agency and to the agent themselves. The booking system for cruises is really comprehensive, and the agent's data system is one of the best I've ever worked with. My only suggestion for improvement is an agent dedicated help staff for assistance of clients while agent is away. IA's are responsible for their own assistance, and if a single owner agency, you need to have a qualified person to handle your business while away. I'd be willing to pay for this service, but it is not available at this time. BUT overall, I am very pleased with Avoya Travel and would recommend them to by travel industry friends.
