Avoya is a family owned, honest, well run, and good agency. Commission checks are timely and accurate. They offer excellent training for agents of all levels of experience. If you qualify, you can become part of their leads service, where they do the marketing and give you partially qualified leads. This means you can be as busy as you want to be. The commission is reduced if you take an Avoya lead, versus the commission for your own clients.
