After 32 years as an educator, I retired and decided to start my own travel business. I did this for several reasons: I wanted to work from home, I wanted to be able to visit my grandchildren who live 20 hours+ away and still work and I wanted a flexible schedule. I did a lot of research on Host Agencies and chose Avoya Travel because they have been in business 50+ years, the professional development provided, the lead generating system and most importantly because of their core values of honesty, integrity and professionalism.I started out with Career Quest which was excellent preparation for learning the travel business. Upon completion, I began Avoya University. The Avoya Travel team were helpful, courteous and quick to respond to my questions (I had and still have a lot). They have been very patient with me.
I have been an Avoya Travel Independent Agent for almost 6 months. I have learned so much in this amount of time and have say that I could not have asked for a better support team. Whenever I need help, including weekends, the response is quick and very helpful.
I have been so happy with my decision to join Avoya I have recruited 2 of my friends to join. Joining Avoya is one of the best decisions I have made.
