The support is awesome. I used to be an agent in a AAA office and we had no tools, no support, nada nothing. I know how to do my job, but sometimes you just need someone to guide you through. The majority of my business is my local business but I am constantly trying to evolve and its nice to know the leads program is there if I need it. I have already drafted a friend of mine from AAA. And somehow another potential agent found me online and talked to me before she signed up and she is now with Avoya. So I always highly recommend Avoya.I also feel like Avoya knows what its like to be in say Tennessee all by myself trying to drum up business. So I am hoping that as things go forward we can be more inclusive with local BDM's which after attending conference last year I know is an Avoya goal. I feel that we constantly need education and support from the vendors and Avoya seems to know that.
I go to a lot of local travel agent events and its always interesting to hear folks talk about their host, or they ask me questions etc so I know that going with Avoya was the best decision.
