Avoya Travel is very easy to work with and provides a variety of training services for both new and experienced advisors. Support request for advice are answered quickly and professionally. Weekly webinars allow you to learn more on your own. You can also ask more extensive questions by email which are answered by experts on staff.They are a perfect company if you are new and do not have a book of clients. Due to extensive training and their "live leads" program, Avoya assist you with getting started in your business. And if you already have a book of clients, they have good systems to use for a reasonable cost with reasonable commission structures comparable to other companies.
My only disappointment is with some of the commission structures and the fees charged if you make an error. I don't mind them taking a larger commission for the clients they find "live leads" for the first booking. However, clients who rebook do so because of my services and my expertise. In this case, I feel there should be a different consideration for the commission. They have a whole department who tries to claim all clients as their own for the lower commission structure. Although, I have done well in sales even as a part time agent, the commission leaves something to be desired.
