The support that I have received from certification to today has been phenomenal. You have dedicated support from two different departments for your early success and obtain your own coach. There are also 4 sessions at various times during the week to get additional support, ask questions, and get help with quoting and maximizing your commission. The commission structure for leads generated is less than desirable especially with all of the hard work I put into my guests trips. I don't want to wash down my customer service or lower my standards for follow up, but it almost isn't worth the amount of time I put into each relationship *currently. I enjoy the ease of booking and tracking trips and promotions within the system and having a dedicated CRM to market for subsequent sales acquisition. They also ensure you truly are a specialist in your preferred vendors and don't spread yourself out thin. They truly are interested in you being successful and growing your agency.Does this review helpful?
