I've been with Avoya for the past 1.5+ years. I have been happy with most everything. I am still trying to figure out the "community" bit though. Seems a little closed off. It was difficult to get into the general agents group as you have to go through the "training" groups first. Asking questions to agents was useless as they are mostly new and really didn't have the experience to answer them. The admin would direct everyone to the knowledge base resource on the website. Most of the time that did not provide the answers. It would have been great to have someone to talk with and have help without feeling so isolated and only able to really rely on the internet. I often went to my previous host agency's open group and find answers there. OVerall, I like Avoya. It's very good if you are a loner and are ok without community. I stay because of the leads and the established clients I have through those leads that I cannot take with me should I leave Avoya.Does this review helpful?
