We are expanding our team, and we have a comprehensive training program.  Our agency has a great support system and a mentoring program in which we pair up our new travel advisors with more experienced advisors. We currently have 7 listed specialties and are expanding.  Our advisors can also create their own if there is a niche that better fits their interests.  We are now asking our candidates to choose only one of our listed specialties.  Some of these specialties will require additional training programs. ?Our current specialties are: Theme Park: Disney Destinations, Universal Studios (Orlando & Hollywood), & SeaWorld Ocean Cruising: MSC Cruises, Norwegian Cruise Line, Royal Caribbean Cruise Line, & Virgin Voyages River Cruising: AmaWaterways, Amadeus, Avalon, American Cruise Lines, & American Queen Voyages All-Inclusive: AIC Resorts, AMR Resorts,Blue Diamond Resorts, Iberostar, Club Med, Karisma Resorts, Palace Resorts, Palladium, Playa Resorts, Sandals/ Beaches, & Xcaret Resorts & Parks. ?New in 2022: Destination Weddings:  Additional Training certifications required Europe Luxury Travel:  Additional Training certifications required. ?Advisors who complete the training program and are offered a contract, may take additional training and add additional specialties as they choose but they are limited to 1 during their initial training program. ?We are NOT a network marketing company (MLM). ?One thing we are really proud of is the culture at Coasters & Castles Travel.  We are a family.  We love the relationships that have been built throughout the agency. ?We are looking for people who meet the following criteria: High Integrity Sales Experience Ambitious Ready to commit their efforts & resources in building their business Detail oriented Embrace consistent learning and developing Continuously strive to further build industry knowledge Seek creativity in problem solving and making decisions Have a passion for travel and are looking to share that passion with potential and current clients Are curious and interested in researching destinations Demonstrate great written and verbal communication skills Maintain healthy working relationships and are good listeners We do not discriminate on the basis of age, gender, race, sexual orientation, religion, or any other basis. ?We just want the best people for the role.
