It seems the experience with Cruise Brothers depends a lot on who you are assigned for a team leader.My own experience has been lukewarm. There are a lot of training webinars, but little to no guidance beyond which one to watch first. There is an agent group, but often the response to questions will end up being to ask your team lead, even if the answer could be beneficial to more than the person asking.
I think one of the issues is that it seem they will take virtually anyone and the implied requirements on signup don't seem to actually apply. It's not bad if you are looking to just try and sell yourself cheaper travel, but it can definitely be a rough start if you have a real interest in being a TA.
