New agents begin at 70% commission.

In 6 months, a new agent can move up to 75% in commission by completing courses in MyDuOnline and/or attending events. In 12 months, a new agent can move up to 80% in commission by completing more courses in MyDuOnline. After 2 years, an agent can move up to 85% commission by attending DU within the last 2 years. We are delighted to reward our dedicated agents for their commitment and excellence. As part of our recognition program, agents who have been with the agency for 5 years, achieved Five Star status in the past 2 years, and attended DU in the past two years will enjoy an impressive 90% commission rate. SERVICE FEES are paid at 95% Fees: - $350 for the first year (includes sign-up fee, 1 year E&O insurance, direct deposit fee, and first-year support fees). - Renewal at $300 if you earn $2500 or more in commission, or $360 if not. - $50 per agent renewal for E&O, which can be waived with proof of your own coverage.
