Gateway has been very helpful for me. Being able to use their relationships with travel companies has been everything for someone like me who is just starting out. Their responses, while not prompt, have always come within 24 hours. Their internal software is somewhat annoying to use and not all their supplier information is up to date, but most is. It was not revealed until after I signed the contract for a year that air fare only bookings are not allowed, which would have been helpful to know up front. Most of their education is about how to close a sale and it would be better to have more general travel agent knowledge as part of their education. They just leave it up to you to learn whatever you want, however you want, so it's not good for someone who needs lots of direction. All in all, I'm glad I went with them as their is absolutely no pressure from them to do anything.Does this review helpful?
