I came to KHM a few years ago from another agency. When I tell you that joining KHM was the best move I could have made, that is an understatement! I have learned so much from our leaders and other agents. There has never been a time that I’ve contacted someone on the team, and they didn’t respond in a reasonable time. They are always accessible and approachable, even during live events. The communication is the best I’ve seen in any organization! The commission structure is awesome and so much better than the previous agency and others that I researched before joining KHM. If you are looking for an agency that will train and support you, one that will encourage you to step out of your comfort zone and beyond what you imagined you could do, KHM is the agency for you. If you are looking forward to working with and learning from other knowledgeable agents who don’t mind sharing that knowledge, KHM is the agency for you.
