I really like Nexion and think they have a lot to offer. As a fairly new advisor, I have taken a lot of the supplier training classes, gone through the Nexion training and attended live events online. I really like Nexion Town, an area where agents post questions and answers. The regional conferences are great and I would love to attend a national conference. I also really like using the air desk. I also appreciate that you can choose your commission split and the Nexion is a member of TLN.Negatives would be that the software for the CRM and reports is clunky and because Nexion is so large, it is easy to feel alone. The support is there, but you have to work to figure out who to contact for questions. I think Nexion is a great fit for someone who is established or if they are new, is a self starter who will reach out for help when needed. I really wish I had taken the Boot Camp when I first joined. I think it would have been very beneficial.
