I've been an independent travel advisor for over 15 years now and just joined Oasis Travel Network a little over a year ago. My only regret is that I didn't make the transition much sooner!Oasis is known for having some of the best commission splits with affordable fees. Besides the financial incentive, they do a good job of fostering community and being available to support their agents. I appreciate being a part of Signature Travel Network consortium while also having some additional preferred relationships and incentives directly through OTN. But most of all, I love having the independence to book whatever I want with whoever I want and being able to build direct relationships with BDMs.
OTN is large enough to have a noticeable presence and prestige but not so big that you feel like a number or lost in the shuffle. They consistently offer webinars with suppliers for training and updates and they are responsive in their communications when you have questions or need support. They offer multiple in-person trainings as well as member appreciation events.
If you are looking for a host agency that offers you a great network of benefits, high commissions, support, community, and freedom to run your business the way you want to, you should definitely consider Oasis Travel Network.
