I have been with Outside Agents for over three years. In my opinion, the best thing about them is their agent forum where all of us exchange ideas and advice, While other agents say the owners and execs are very responsive to inquiries, I have always found them to be dismissive with me. There is one employee there that always responds and helps, but she is the exception. I also feel that Outside Agents spends much time and energy marketing their own for- pay "solutions." It feels like they always have their hands out for more. I want them to help me sell travel, not to fend off their own sales efforts. I use another host as well as Outside Agents. If I felt OA was worth the money I am paying them, I would move all of my business to them. I have waited to feel that way for three years. Recently they have made more of an effort to provide valuable training and information, so perhaps that day is coming. The other host has not impressed me enough to make me take business in the other direction, either!Does this review helpful?
